Q. Are the products readymade or made to our specific measurements ?
Ans. All the orders placed on our website are made to measure and the measurements
are taken from you as a part of the ordering process. So it is a good suggestion
to keep you measurements ready when you are placing the order. However, you can
also skip the measurements when you place the order, and add them to your profile
at any later time. Please keep in mind that the delivery time of the goods would
be only calculated from the time we get the order and the measurements both. In
case you want to see what kind of measurements you might need, you can register
online and edit your profile, where you can see and edit your measurement charts.
Q. Can you make custom changes to the garments according to our specifications ?
Ans. The products are by default made exactly how they appear in the picture.
In case certain changes need to be made to the design and colors of the outfit,
these can be customized and designed as per your specifications. You may fill in
your measurement details in the charts in your profile on the website, and mention
the changes in the remarks section. We do not guarantee that all your specifications
regarding design changes will be met, but our experts will work closely with you
to tailor your specifications with accuracy, and meet your required specifications,
as long they are viable. We will get back to you via email in case there is something
to be discussed.
Q. What are the shipping charges ?
Ans.All prices of outfits mentioned online are exclusive of the shipping
charges. The shipping charges would be displayed when you edit your cart and can
vary from USD 50 - USD 90 per outfit, to all international destinations.
Q. What about the custom duties ?
Ans. We would generally need 3-4 weeks to process the orders and to manufacture
the goods to your specifications and measurements. We would need an additional 5-7
working days to deliver the goods to all international destinations. It is a good
idea to keep 6 weeks in hand while ordering products with heavy embroideries and
embellishments. In case of special cases, we can expedite the process at an extra
charge which can only be discussed over the email.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Q. How can I cancel my order ?
Ans. The orders placed on our website can be cancelled within 48 hours of
placing the order. Any later than that shall not be allowed, as all our products
are made to your required specifications, and cannot be cancelled.
Q. Can I make any changes to the order once it is confirmed ?
Ans. The orders are to your specifications, and hence, no changes can be
made once the order has been confirmed from your end. However, if you wish to make
any changes, you could send us an email and we will try our level best to incorporate

Ans. The garments would be made exactly as they appear in the pictures, with
minor changes which you might feel due to photography. As the goods are made to
your required specifications and measurements, none of the goods purchased on our
website can be returned. It is strictly a NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE policy.
Q. What if the clothes dont fit us as desired?
Ans. We will try our level best to create the garments to fit you the best
way possible, on the basis of the measurements that you provide us. In case the
measurements our not accurate, or there are any minor alterations, we shall not
entertain any returns or exchanges. However, if you wish to make any alterations
to the garment, you can ship the garments back to us at your cost, and we shall
get them altered and shipped back at our cost.
